At Bhojpuriya Craft Pvt. Ltd., we care about your satisfaction. Each handcrafted product is made or selected with attention to quality and detail. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help you with a smooth return, exchange, or refund process.
Returns are accepted only within 4 days of receiving the product.
A return or refund request is eligible if:
The product was damaged during delivery.
You received a wrong or mismatched item.
There is a genuine quality issue (within reasonable limits, as many of our items are handmade).
After 4 days from delivery, we will not be able to accept any return requests.
Some items are non-returnable, and such products are clearly mentioned on their respective product pages in bold text.

Provide your order ID, clear photos/video of the damaged product, and a short description of the issue.
Once your request is verified, our support team will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.
If the return is approved, we will bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
Once approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 6–7 working days.
If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery (COD), refund details will be collected through secure methods.
We offer free replacement for defective or damaged items, depending on stock availability.
If the same product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
We allow exchanges for the same product type or another product of equal value if the request is made within the 4-day return period and the item is unused and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in its original packaging
Be unused and unwashed
Include all tags, labels, and accessories received with it
Items failing these conditions may not be accepted for return or refund.
