At Bhojpuriya Craft Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide a transparent, secure, and hassle-free payment experience for all our customers.
1. Pricing & Charges
- All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST and any applicable platform or service charges.
- A minimal platform/service fee of ₹10–₹12 is included in the product price.
- No additional processing or payment gateway fees are charged to the customer.
2. Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment options:
- Online Payments: Through Razorpay, supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking.
- Bank Transfer: Available for customers upon request.
- PayPal: Accepted only for bulk or international orders (coming soon).
3. Order Verification
For security purposes, every order is verified via OTP confirmation before processing.
Once verified, the order details are securely captured in our system.
4. Bulk Orders
For bulk or customized orders:
- A minimum 50% advance payment (or production cost equivalent) is required before production begins.
- Remaining payment is due upon completion or dispatch of the order.
5. Currency
All prices and payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) within India.
6. Payment Security
We use secure and trusted payment gateways to ensure the safety of your personal and transaction details.
If any issue arises during payment, our team will contact you directly to arrange payment via a verified UPI or bank transfer method.
